Hi, I’m Elizabeth, and I’m passionate about helping businesses grow through face-to-face event marketing. I’ve loved this kind of work since I first started as a brand ambassador in college, and that passion has only grown over the years. After earning my degree in Communication, Marketing, and Sales from Ohio University, I've built my career around creating meaningful in-person connections, developing strong teams, and turning event marketing into a real driver of business growth. Since stepping into the home improvement industry, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead event marketing departments, hire and train teams, expand into new markets, and create systems that have delivered measurable results. What matters most to me is working closely with people, communicating clearly, and creating strategies that actually make life easier and results stronger. I started Evolve Event Marketing because I saw so many great companies with missed opportunities - not because they didn’t care, but because they needed more structure, support, and bandwidth. Today, I love partnering with businesses to help them build more confident teams, stronger event programs, and long-term growth they can feel good about.
